On the afternoon of November 5th, FPSO Nan Hai Fa Xian berthed alongside Mazhou Island, which marks that Yiu Lian Dockyards (Shekou) Ltd. has been awarded the authority to perform the necessary service. Operated by the multi-cultural group—CACT Operators Group, Nan Hai Fa Xian is recognized as the first FPSO Yiu Lian Dockyards (Shekou) Ltd. acquired. To comply with strict safety requirement of CACT, the shipyard has already set up the special safety management system for the project. At present, all preparations are made for the commencement.
