KANTAN 3, the semi-submersible rig of Shanghai Ocean Petroleum Bureau had completed the repair in May, 2007 in Yiulian. The main repair work covers the crane renewal, reconstruction of air conditioner system in accommodation, reconstruction of fire system and ventilation system and other mechanical-electronic project, etc.
